Woohoo, it has finally arrived! I was asked by countless people to do this, so I help it helps them. This is a tutorial describing the process of making basic structural abstract art, but the final result counts on your imagination. You'll need to download some stuff to use this, open it up, there is directions. I made this in flash because I felt it was the easiest way to get my point across, I spent atleast 10 hours on this, I worked about 7 hours straight last night! I hate AS.... anyways, theres also some bonus stuff you can view. Have fun with your creations, I would really like to see the results of this.

Thanks for the info... very cool and surprisingly simple.

Makes me wish I'd learned 3DSM instead of LightWave, and also makes me wish college wasn't making me so busy so that I could learn Max!

Is there anything particularly special required for the texture, either in terms of color or intensity? It seems pretty simple...

No, its just some parts are transparent, some arent, with white lines going horizontial.

Interesting tut, sweet effect too. You should probably make boxes around the hit states of your text buttons in flas though, it makes it alot easier to click, and probably kill the BG, it was hard to read at times.

I just started the tute and i nearly wanted to pull my eyes out...not quite but some of that text is hard to read on the background. Either get rid of the background or change the text colour.
Other than that Im keen :D

Awsome Eraxer!!! I love how you did this tutorial in flash, it's so cool and organized. Also I like the bio and extras :P I will deff be using this tut in the next couple days and will be sure to credit you. Great tut, maybe make another one heh :D. :+fav:
